3. Description of Services

3.1 Website Services

The Website provides 3D file preview functionality completely free of charge. The Website does not collect any personal information from users.

3.2 Eagle Plugin Services

The Plugin provides the same 3D file preview functionality as the Website. However, certain advanced modules within the Plugin (collectively referred to as "Paid Modules") require payment to access. Examples of Paid Modules include, but are not limited to, the Animation Controller.

4. Free Services

4.1 Website

• The Website is completely free for all users.
• No registration is required.
• We do not collect, store, or process any personal information from users of the Website.

4.2 Plugin - Free Features

• Basic 3D file preview functionality in the Plugin is free to use.
• No payment or registration is required for free features.

5. Paid Modules (Eagle Plugin Only)

5.1 Paid Module Activation

Certain advanced modules within the Eagle Plugin require payment. When you choose to activate a Paid Module, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase.

5.2 Device Information Collection

Upon activation of a Paid Module, we collect Device Information from your device. This information is collected solely for the following purposes:

1. To provide to our payment service provider for transaction processing and license validation.
2. To verify user authenticity and prevent fraudulent use of our Services.

The Device Information collected may include, but is not limited to:

• Device type and model
• Operating system version
• Unique device identifiers
• Plugin version information

5.3 Data Confidentiality

We treat your Device Information with the strictest confidentiality. We do not sell, rent, or share your Device Information with third parties except as necessary to process your payment and validate your license. All Device Information is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 7-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with a Paid Module, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase.

7.2 How to Request a Refund

7.3 Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted if:

• More than seven (7) days have passed since the date of purchase.

2. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin or any Paid Modules.
3. Share, distribute, or resell access to Paid Modules.
